Shipping Information

As a State of Hawaii Department of Agriculture certified orchid nursery, Orchid Alley Kauai offers 2-3 day air, flat rate shipping across the United States. Sorry, we cannot ship internationally.

In order to avoid orchids sitting in cold or hot warehouses over the weekends, we ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays, We currently use UPS only for plants in bloom or bud. 

We may use priority mail for small non-blooming plants. We may use Fedex at our discretion if there are rate increases or slow-downs that make it prohibitive to use UPS.

If your order is received by us between Tuesday afternoon and Sunday evening, it will be shipped out on the next available standard shipping day. Future shipments are available, please notate your request in the Comments/Special Instructions section at checkout.

Alaska

There is an additional shipping charge of $10.00 per box for Alaska shipments.

Local Delivery

On island delivery only available in the areas between Puhi and Anahola, all other areas will be shipped UPS 1 Day Air on the next Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday.

A physical street address and the entire phone number are necessary for all shipments. If you want to ship to two or more different addresses then you will need to place separate orders.

Koloa and Princeville: Additional $10.00

Waimea: All Orchids will be shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to Hawaii Department of Agriculture restrictions no plants can be returned to Hawaii. Please call us within 48 hours if your shipment has any problems.
